Breakfast Shake

This is a great breakfast or meal replacement shake using WPC+ and few other healthy ingredients.

Ingredients

  • 30 gram serve (1 scoop) of WPC+ Creamy Vanilla

  • 250 mL low fat milk or another milk alternative

  • 100 mL of water

  • 1/2 cup frozen berries (any type)

  • 1 Tbsp. rolled oats

  • 1 Tbsp. chia seeds

  • Add a few ice cubes for extra chill

Method

Combine all ingredients in a blender. Enjoy!
