Breakfast Shake
This is a great breakfast or meal replacement shake using WPC+ and few other healthy ingredients.
Ingredients
30 gram serve (1 scoop) of WPC+ Creamy Vanilla
250 mL low fat milk or another milk alternative
100 mL of water
1/2 cup frozen berries (any type)
1 Tbsp. rolled oats
1 Tbsp. chia seeds
Add a few ice cubes for extra chill
Method
Combine all ingredients in a blender. Enjoy!
